Hello. On a cut ATM, how much good fats do I need to eat on a cut? Currently having one tbsp f p.butter a day. What else is a good fat to have and how much?

It depend on the whole diet mate with many other factors. What are your stats and current diet?

Doesn't sound like enough. Yes as above, oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines, pilchards etc and nuts and seeds. Also olives and avocados. You can drizzle olive oil over a salad or pasta dish to beef up the omega value. Maybe consider taking some fish oils or similar as a supplement?
