Test e cycle questions?

Hello, Thinking of doing a SD/tren oral with 10 week test e cycle. Would it be ok to jab twice a week 250mg each time on thur and sun? Or all at once 500mg once a week, will this be painfull and take a while to inject? Not sure what to do while on cycle whether to bulk/cut/lose fat and gain mass, dont wanna put on much fat. I was told water retention depends on your diet so if i drink loads of liquids and eat cleanly that will keep WR down and to a minimal?

clean diet and plently of water will indeed keep water retention down personally i wouldnt bother with the SD. tren oral? you mean methyltren? or some kind of supposed OTC tren? either way i wouldnt personally. the test enan will give you far more, and be far healthier with less side effects

By tren i mean tren caps like x mass or something like that. I got some sd left over you see from my last cycle, its class stuff i rate it highly, with a good dose of tren strength will sky rocket which is what i want. Dont know if a 10 week test would give me much more than a gained on a 3 weeks sd strengthwise and maybe mass wise, i gained alot. Thanks for your response mate.

oh it would mate! and it is ALOT less harmfull on the body. But if you have some SD left then you could run it at the beginning of the cycle no worries. the other stuff your talking about isnt actually tren

juat to answer your other questions, injecting 2x per week is better. Test e should be painless if pharma. lots of ug labs have had problems with test e, so if your using UG then go with a cyp product instead. Injections dont take long, a couple of minutes to do everything

Cool, i know its hard to gauge how much mass ill put on in a 10 week test but how much strength do you reckon i could add to my bench? Think i can get pharma gear so will go for that, twice a week no probs, thur and sun ok? I would prefer to inject all at once it shouldnt make a diff to gains, would 500mg at once hurt i take it? This would be my first injectable cycle and my 3rd steriod cycle btw. Yeah i hear the injectable tren is the real shi* but i dont want to add shi* loads of strength or mass as im edging closer to my ideal physique. Might leave out tren.

gains wise once or twice a week will make little or no difference difference. Twice a week reduces the chances of estrogen related side effects slightly, such as bloat and gyno. once you get into the jabs, 1ml twice a week is nothing! but either way will be ok mate. maybe try a jab and see what you think once the cycle starts.

dazc - thanks mate, youve been a great help. shane278 - still exploring options atm, not 100% sure if i will do injectables but its safer and gains are supposively better and prob easier to keep. Not sure might start in 2 weeks time or so shane.

Would love to see a detailed log like you usually keep, considering something like this myself. I think its too hard to keep the gains made from pro hormones to be honest.

Yeah i might put one up but dont like haters who comment negatively and dont offer advise, this happened in my SD log and has put me off running a journal abit. I agree totally that PH gains are tough to keep, thats another reason im maybe moving to injectables.

Anyone any idea of potential strength gains on 10 week test e, say on bench press roughly? You see i love SD but im not fond of the stretch marks it left me with as i grew fast in 3/4 weeks, so would prefer to run test e alone if i knew the strength gains i obtain from it is what im looking for? I mean i know what SD will do but would like to know what test can do. No doubt test will add quality mass so all good their.

it's like asking how long is a piece of string. everyone is different and whereas some people can go from 100kg bench to 120kg bench for reps, others may add little strength but some quality mass. what you currently bench will also be a factor, if you were benching 140kg before expecting a 20% increase in highly unlikely from a test-e only cycle. suck it and see is the only way you'll find out.

Thanks for the input Big D. I only bench around the 70's for a few reps, was hoping for 80kg for a good amount of reps at least at the end of a 10 week test. Suppose if iim not satisfied i could just run SD at the end of my test cycle, but ideally i would prefer to run it at the start if i needed it, but i dont know if i do hence why i would like a bearing on what strength i can expect.

you should easily be able to add 10kg onto a 70kg bench, if not then there is something wrong somewhere else!

TBH i wouldnt worry about kg's extra you can put on the bar but concern yourself with gaining as much lean mass you can but dont confuse this with what you read on the scales. Keep diet clean but high cals (enough to put you in a positive calorie state) plenty of water so you see that gains you are making then work your ass off in gym, plenty of off days to make the gains as thats when you grow, also plenty of sleep then report back and tell us how much lean mass you made, if by then you are still interested in how many kg's you can do please share that too. Best of luck. PS 2 shots a week would be better.

Im not really worried about mass as i know test e is will add mass no problem, just want to up my strength abit, not concerned and dont wish to put on a ton of mass as my aim isnt to be massive, my aim is a muscley model type physique maybe 16/16,5 inch arms and decent chest at a medium bf% 14/15% as i couldnt keep my bf% in the 12/13% all year round. Yeah i hear test can add water retention so that would make gains in weight higher, but i hear some water retention can help with lifts not sure if this is true or not. I plan to train 3/4 times a week, so a good 3/4 days rest no problem. Thanks for the sound advice mate. Yeah i plan to inject on thur and sun. Would it be ok if i injected twice weekly to do, right glute, left thigh, right thigh, then repeat as im not sure if i could inject my left glute :S Thanks again mate. ps - very amusing avatar

personally i would just shoot once a week - considering ester and half life, the differences would be negligable, if any, between injecting once or twice imo...just 2 bit....

Thanks spencer, id rather shoot once a week but i would imagine if may be more painful and would take longer to inject, so not too sure, i would also prefer to inject once a week so i could use my right glute, left thigh, then right thigh then rotate again, but dont think that should be a problem even if i shoot twice a week.

But don't try and quantify gains, just go in, and do the best you can agree with this. Not a miracle drug but sure does help - going on test changed my shape more than anything - done right it really makes a difference but done half arsed you may be disappointed. judging by your posts i read mate i suspect you'll have a good cycle.

Ive got SD and actually got dbol as well, atm im thinking ill run SD as i got good gains in strength and weight from it, gained about 20lbs in under 4 weeks, strength went up abit too, dont like the stretch marks though. I hear dbol just blows you up so dont fancy using it. Wanna try and stay leanish as im just off a 4 week cut which i lost 13 lbs and im looking alot thinner and toned so happy enough, but only 12.7 stone, aw well this will bulk me up. Will prob do a log, i like logs :) Week 1 - SD 10/10/10/20/20/20/20mg + Test 500pw Week 2 - SD 20mg + Test 500pw Week 3 - SD 20mg + Test 500pw Week 4 - Test 500pw Week 5 - Test 500pw Week 6 - Test 500pw Week 7 - Test 500pw Week 8 - Test 500pw Week 9 - Test 500pw Week 10 - Test 500pw Look good? If i run the above by the end i would like/expect to be approx 20 - 28 lbs (1 st 6lbs - 2st) heavier. Bench up at least 15kg+, i expect to add 10kg with SD and im sure test e will add at least 5kg to my bench, maybe more i hope. I feel the above goals are realistic, as i like to make a few goals pre cycle. Cant wait to start! Plan to start next week!

I was going to use standard nolva for 3 weeks in pct, this ok, someone told me to use both nolva and clomid together and they said its needed. What do you think and what do you use for pct and how long? Thanks.

needle is good. warm test in hot water for about 4-6mins before you jab (makes the oil thinner). you say you want to add at least 5kg to your bench. i would be expecting you to add this naturally in the space of a month at the most, so really put the effort in on cycle to make the most.my bench is up 10kg and im only 5 weeks in (test enth 500mg/w). get a good spotter (who knows how to spot properly, i.e. not just looking round the gym at the girls) and try a bit more weight every week.i like to visualise power flowing from the floor, up my legs into my chest and arms, then i explode. cheesy but find it works, gives me good aggression. :)

Yeah i think 20kg altogether is realistic, 10kg on sd, 10kg on test. Cool nice results 10kg in 5 weeks is awesome considering it takes a few weeks for test to kick in. its strange. you obvioulsy swear by SD. i started my cycle with left over SD from my last cycle. 20mg for weeks 1-2 the 30mg for week 3. i didnt really see anything from it this time or the first time (first time was SD on its own). just dont think i respond very well to it. if it works for you though, im not going to say its shti or anythin, just i wouldnt by it again. esp. knowing i can get half of a 500mg/w test cycle for the same price.

What SD clone did you use mate, so you got no gains or sides? I added 20lbs in 3 weeks and alot of mass in that timeframe, and strength went up nicely and was most pronounced in week 2. Most people who use SD rave about it, i rarely see anyone say they got nothing from it tbh mate, you must not respond to it.

It was the genetic edge SD. first cycle was 20mg per day for 3 weeks, 2nd cycle was 20mg for 2 weeks then 30mg per day for a week.

because i had so much left over as i only did 20mg/day the first time. this time, i ramped up to 30mg/day for the last week and thought i would see something at this strength. think next time, ill kickstart with dbol. never tried it before and lots of people recommended it to start a test cycle. plus i want to see what the fuss is about (all the 17/18 year olds ((stupid)) rave about it in my gym).
