With shoulders you'll get almost as many ways of doing it as replies! Why?
Lots of angles
Lots of cross over with other body parts
Lots of variety of volume and intensities work....
Here's and example of an intensification program I have used with a client before who had poor development but lots of rooms for recovery.
MON: Chest and Back,
shoulders heavy Push presses, military presses, snatch pulls all low volume & high weight
TUES: Legs: hip dominant, calves 1, core1
THURS:
shoulders volume, arms
Higher rep combination of super and giant sets: front/side/rear raises and lighter presses etc
FRI: Legs: Qaud dom., calves 2, core 2
