Hemp Seeds
-

how many people regularly consume hemp seeds? I put them into my shakes for good EFA %. Also, i make Hemp milk, and can use that milk for baking(implement into meal replacement bars instead of "milk") heres a website that shows nutritional info about hemp, if you dont know. I think they are one of the great unheard of products that for some reason...hemp isnt consumed more. Hemp seed

Will be similar to Flax eddie - seeds are designed to be swallowed, not digested, and crapped out. Blend them and all will be fine. Would only add to a diet in any decent amounts if already adding in flax seed.

Cheers Tony! I want to use them in nut bars as theyre protein powerhouses and i like variaty in my diet. I have a ton of flax seed too. Going to use a combo of flax, hemp, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Just trying to find a way of making them hold together with no sugar based binders! BTW, do you know if they thicken up like flax?
