Getting back into the swing of things..help? tar

Hey guys, i recently just started college and it is a good way away from where i live, therefore i stopped the gym becuase im playin rugby tues, thurs and saturday! I have recently had a little injury keeping me out for 4 weeks, but im finding i have time on my hands and i want to get some decent size and power to me! im currently 13stone, 5 11, and ive put on abit of fat in past couple of month, i was 12 6 when i was trainin up till september! just wondering what you guys should think i should do, and what diets, any decent websites to advise me or owt? cheers
