I go for soya milk, but that's just because I can't stomach cows milk.... bit of lactose intolerance....

The more you drink the more it matters of course and your whole diet counts:

1) Drink the best quality you can afford regardless of skimmed, semi or full fat.
2) If using full fat use use un homog'd milk.
3)  If you want to reduce sugar intake use un homogenized full fat and use a lot less.
4) If fat intake is an issue then use skimmed.

Clear as mud? Good!

I lecture on food processing at university. Part of the course dwells on milk production.... having done my research for the course I now drink full fat organic un homog'd buffalo milk from the farmers market!
