Been playing around with the blender and came up with this so thought I'd share it
1 cup water
1 Muller light vanilla yoghurt
2 scoops choc (or any flavour) whey
2 tablespoons nut oil
handful of frozen black forest fruits
1 scoop ultra fine porridge oats
Makes 2 large glasses of the stuff, been having it after a meal for extra calories (worked out how many are in it but at work, and wrote it down at home)
