I take Millenium Cre-02 from Monster Supplements (tabs) it reccomends 3 tablets 1hr and 30mins before workout.

And the name your looking for is maltodextrin (great stuff) I'd reccomend buying it from myprotein.

i already have some tastes like s**t tho what in grams would you take the maltodextrin.
i was thinking 5grams of creatine powder with like 30 grams of maltodextrin with fruit juice about 1 hour before workout.

It's recomended that you take 5g of creatine before exercise.

I have about 50g I don't eat enough carbs so it comes in really handy. Use 40g as your benchmark, and then higher or lower it depending on how much carbs you take in throughout your day.

doesnt matter when you take it before or after. you choice.

i take it after with my shake as its part of my ritual now so i always remeber to do it.

but again its personal preference as you wont see anything different from taking it at different points of the day as your muscles will already be saturated with creatine from the previous day.

also 40g for malto as mentioned above should be fine but just make sure it fits in the with the bigger picture (whole diet)

i wouldnt recommend taking maltodextrin pre-workout as its GI (105) is too high for a preworkout drink and youll just get an insulin spike and then crash before youve even got to the gym. taking maltodextrin post workout is great, not only for delivery of the creatine but is useful for replenishment of muscle glycogen and kick starting the recovery process. i take 50-60g post workout. i recommend having 5g pre-workout as well witha protein shake reoughly 90 mins before. maltodextrin needs fruit juice as it is awful in jsut water :(
