cable flies

i need to change cable flies to something else its supersteted with incline dumbell press i cannot think what else to do instead

it depends on what you were using the cably flyes for. if you were doing them so as to hit the inner chest (which is what cable flyes do due to the maximum tension being at teh top of the rep) then i personally would swap it for pec dec. normla flyes are going to affect the lower outer pec more.

monster supplements it depends on what you were using the cably flyes for. if you were doing them so as to hit the inner chest (which is what cable flyes do due to the maximum tension being at teh top of the rep) then i personally would swap it for pec dec. normla flyes are going to affect the lower outer pec more. Im pretty sure that both exercises will both hit the chest as a whole rather than hitting a specific area, back to the age old argument of can you target different parts of the chest, im with the group that say no and its all about contracting the chest as a whole, so flyes will be fine for the whole chest, along with flyes they are isolation movements so good for your supersets along with the compound

No, I don´t agree. Pretty much what Nath said. The chest does not consist of "different parts" like the delts or triceps etc. There will be no difference in stress between cable flyes, pec deck or db flyes.

If it was me i was superset with Deep dips weighted if needed
