Hi, currently just onto 2nd week on an Epi / tren first cycle and have not been taking any supplements at all apart from Multi vits and lots of other vits and some protein.

I was wondering shall i take an all in one post workout, just want peoples ideas, someone suggested cyclone 1 shake a day after training i dont really thinkmaximuscle worth thecash but been offered cheaper any ideas suggestions.

Or shall i not do anything while on the epi / tren

Pre and post workout nutrition and supplementation has got nothing to do with what cycle you are on mate.   Give this article a read:

A whey shake with some simple carbs right after training would be good, but a well balanced meal soon after is most important imo.

Cheers my diet is all good, but i was told not to have any creatine or anything while on cycle save it for pct,  so when someone is recomending an all in one which has creatine in it i was thinking of having a go.

i would get pure creatine, a good whey isolate and pure glutamine and mix 5g creatine, 5g glutamine and 40g whey in juice right after training. this is what i started doing and it works well

Cheers Jay, was thinking giving the cyclone a goal but just doing post workout and on non training day just 1 serving so basically 1 serving a day, i thought that would help as would the x - tren and epi

Many all in ones are suitable to have a little just before, a little during and a little just after training. This is be a more effective way to go recovery and thus hypertrophy wise.

I went with Maximuscle Cyclone - reason being i have what supps work for me and dont so can advise on what i have tried etc,i get asked so many times about maximuscle cyclone and even though expensive i cant give a review or advise on a product i have not tried and tested the way its supposed to so decided, gonna run 3 tubs 2 servings per day then i will be able to recomend or say stay away based on my experiences.
