I want to maybe add 30g carbs post workout any preference for these, i have researched and see that vitargo could be the best choice

Thanks for the article, i have glucose at home but find it to sweet on my teeth, so read an article on here and researched a bit that vitargo could be one of the best to go with, i will have a look thanks
