After another physio appointment last night i have been told I can go back to the gym and start lifting light weights. Very surprised after only 2 weeks of intense physio but I have made good progess. Its amazing how much you miss it!

Yeah its my back, my phsio sad tha ti nay have only "sprained" the disc and not completely herniated. However I still haven't got 100% of the feeling back in my foot. But I've been told I can start exercising again and she is very kindly going to send a letter to my Health insurance company recommending an MRI just to get a proper opinion But no deadlifting or squating so i might just to bicepo curls in the squat rack to piss myself off!
