I was a little busy yesterday so i am posting yesterdays workout today. High rep day for the chest. Dosed products yesterday as - 2 scoops IntrAbolic during gym workout and 1 serving of IntraXcell post workout.
Chest/Triceps Flat BB Press - 6 sets (20,20) Warm-up, (15,12,12,12) working sets
Incline DB Press - 4 Sets (15,12,12,12)
Decline DB Flye - 3 Sets (12,12,12)
Cable Flyes - 3 Sets (12,12,12)
Close grip BB press - 3 Sets (15,10,10)
U-Bar Pulley pushdowns - 3 Sets (12,12,12)
Overhead Rope Ext. - 3 Sets (12,12,12)
Duration 60 minutes

Back/Biceps/Calves - AM Wide Grip Pulldowns - 5 sets (20,15,12,10,10)
Low Pulley rows (wide grip) - 4 Sets (15,12,10,10)
Close Grip Pulldowns - 3 Sets (10,10,10)
T-Bar Rows - 3 Sets (10,10,10)
DB Curls - 3 Sets (15,12,10)
Rope Pulley Curls - 3 Sets (10,10,10)
High Pulley single arm Curls - 3 Sets (15,15,15)
Seated Calve Raises - 5 Sets (15,15,12,12,12)
Duration 55 minutes
Cardio - PM 10 minutes warm up on Orbitrek runner
30 minutes light weighted Tae-Bo
15 minutes Kettle Bell core exercises
Nutrition Meal 1 - Pre-workout : Peanut Protein bar, Banana, 50g Dark Chocolate
Meal 2 - Post-workout : Whey Shake, 2 scoops peanut butter, Belgium Waffles, Banana
Meal 3 - Lunch : Tuna Pasta salad, Yoghurt, Apple
Meal 4 - Mid-afternoon : Mackeral Fillets, Wholemeal bread, Pear and Plum
Meal 5 - Tea-time : Light Chicken Curry, Brown rice, Naan bread, Yoghurt
Meal 6 - Pre-bed : Whey shake, Cottage cheese and mixed nuts
Thoughts Workouts are feeling good and pushing a little more in the gym. Didn't want to leave today. :)
Tomorrow is shoulder and traps so looking foreward to these.
