T3 off cycle - max amount

Hi all
What the max safe amount of t3 you could run with out aas support ?
obviously this is an open ended question as everyone is different but whats the views ?

Tbh mate I wouldn't use T3 when off cycle. Catabolism is bad enough at 75mcg ed when using 1g of test pw

Apparently 25mcg/ed is enough to remain anabolic - but everyone's metabolic rate is different so it's not an exact science. Expermentation may be the only way forward. But given the cost, surely it's worth not using it at such a low dosage for the the little or no effect that you would get?

I would not use it like this unless you wish to loose muscle mass.
