X - Tren / Epistane and post workout

Hi, Starting my 8th day on tren / epi , with no supps apart from vits and milk thistle etc But i was thinking i off taking an all in one product just post workout was thinking Cyclone by overpriced maximuscle, just because the ratio of ingredients is good, any other suggestions, im asking for opinions on good all in ones or good post workout what you think not the value of a product. Cheers any help apprecaited i do have syntha 6 but use that at night

Well muscle and fitness had an article last month that a bowl of sugary cereal with whey and skimmed milk replaces glycogen levels faster than sports drinks and gives you the required protein. (I'm trying this out post WO for the next month to see how it works, plus I only eat oats in the morning and miss my tasty cereals) Otherwise go the cheaper option and mix your own. Buy some fast digesting whey, malodextrin/waxy maize starch and you're good to go. Make it better by adding L-glutamine, BCAA or whatever you fancy. Probably a bit pricier to start with but much cheaper in the long run!

as smooth says. there was also an article on an old muscletalk email (i think it was MT) where a natural bbuilder said he has a small packet of jelly babies after his pwo protein shake on the way home from the gym!

Myprotein's Hurricane XS is an option similar to Cyclone, not sure of the price differential but worth looking at. I have a bowl of either Kelloggs Start or Honey Shreddies in skimmed milk after training, following a 30g protein shake with 5g creatine. The likes of creatine can be taken any time of day, although post workout is as good a time as any given the body's desire to digest at that time.
