out of date deca and sus, is it ok to use

i have some deca and sus left from last cycle,
however the expiry date is march 2009
is it still ok to use or not

Single amps or a multi vial? Single amps I might well think about using. Over 6 moths of a previously used multivial (meaning 6+ months of sitting there having lost its sterility) I would not TBH.

sus is single amps and deca is multi vial

I wouldnt use a mutli vial that sat there for months after its been pinned but i can bring myself to throw them away lol
