It's a type of fatty acid that research suggests can be useful in reducing the funtioning of fat cells i.e. if reduces body fat. It may also have other health benifits like anti cancer effects.

I've also read that they may actually be more effective at reducing the addition of extra body fat, rather than reducing what you already have.  Just can't remember where lol

Yep, sory for not being clear... just banged out a quick reply.

It's akin to looking the door after the fat leaves, it gets out but has a harder time getting back into the cell. Gross over simplification of course but same result - reduced BF.

Only some isomers work and the research is inconclusive but sometimes encouraging. Not the 1st thing I should look at.
