If your order would go by courier then it will be next day every time so long as we get the order before 5.15. Lol, if that means taking "lunch" at 6PM then that is what we do if needed!

Thats cool just stating for any newbies always had good experiences with both companies so just order from both even though i have a supplememt shop down my high street, No xplode a bullseye rip off

Customer service from nearly every company i have used has greatly increased in the last 1-2 years

its not always about price, alot of people learned the hardway getting let down from suppliers

good job guys :)

I've not been let down by any of the (select few) names suppliers I've used on this site.

We are using Royal Mail again now I believe. Even without them we just swallowed the extra delivery cost but I am glad they got their act together now.

As for Nando's - lol, if you ask them whcih guy gets his lunch every day from there then it is me! Funnily enough I looked to set up a nando's myself a few yrs ago but was told it wasn't possible. Just as well because I'd eat all the profits!
