From what ive heard they have to get it hard before they tattoo before as it will distort if not, is this true?

same as a tattoo anywhere though isnt it really......i have loads of tattoos and they have never posed a problem....someone genuine will always look past the surface of the skin.....learnt a lot about that in life.
