I know you get some suspect decisions in european countries, but tbh, this is such a high profile fight, I would hope they wouln't get away with it if Haye completely outboxes him, maybe if it was close, but we'll see.

You ever watched the holyfield v lewis first fight? Doesnt get more high profile than that and it happened there. this fight will be no different - haye has to ko him imo.

I knew someone would misread it, I said i hope they wouldn't get away with it.

Fair point about German judges, but worth bearing in mind that Valuev is no Ottke, he's been beaten on points in Germany before, admittedly by another German based fighter. Hard to say how exactly the judges will go but I see Haye taking it by a wide enough margin that they have to give it to him. Fingers crossed

Didnt Valuev beat Holyfield !

In one of the biggest fixes in boxing, yes but I can't think of anyone I've spoken too, or pundits opinion I've read that actually thought Valuev beat Holyfield.

Classic commentry from the american commentators during that fight re Valuev....'Jeeez, this guy's slow'

And then at the end of round 1 iirc......'I gotta give that round to Holyfield, even though he only threw six punches'
