firstly, what are your stats? height, weight, approximate body fat percentage etc..

cutting too quickly will result in muscle loss

5ft 11 , 15 stone 7 , 22.6 last measured and now around 19-20 i would say.

Started at 20 stone , went down to 14 stone 8 and come back up to 15 stone 7(not fat gain)

I dont mind losing a little muscle.

the diet is pretty good

i believe it's from the meal plan site ( mealplansite.com ) it's run by James who also runs muscletalk i think

with a decent routine and cardio the fat should start coming off

what cardio have you got planned?

best thing to do is try the diet for a couple of weeks, monitor and adjust accordingly

if you loose much more than 2lbs a week you'll be loosing muscle. 1lb per week is a reasonable rate of fat loss to maintain your lean mass

remember this is only a template diet. Variety is important and you must vary your food choices.

Yes mate its from there , looks the most reasonable form what i have seen.

Going to do around 1 hour cardio a day.....Spin bike.

Going to do some heavy lifting aswell....deads, squats , bench , overhead presses

Along with a mad routine once a week of something like the 300 workout building up to two sessions of it a week.

Will do mate , thanks

Going to stick to this for around 3 months , changing up the diet a few times in the process. Been eating abit of crap this week , to make the most of my last days haha wont be having any cheat days either , apart from a few days off over xmas. Really looking forward to this stage and the results. Will get that book from somewhere else aswell , so may come off the above diet after a couple of weeks and go with one from the book , will just see how things go and how i adjust to it.

Will be good to see what bodybuilders diets are like aswell and try it for myself.

Excellent base there mate. Considering how much fat you have lost in the past, i think you'll do well. I'd follow that diet and tweak as you go along. Good luck!

Shouldn't do if protein and energy needs are set correctly!
Peace be the Journey!
