Can anyone recommend a good fat burner from experience.

Any side effects etc?

Thanks lads and lasses.

Hi, i will state best thing is Weight training, interval training and good meal plan, but from my experience i like Muscletech hydroxycut, and gaspari Mitatrophin for legit fat burners, if not most people will recomend a ECA stack i cant comment never tried.

You can't beat EC stack, my personal favourite is a homemade ec stack with green tea and a few others thrown in but i have in the past had excellent results with reflex sida cordifolia at 3 a day and also really like thermogenesis, they're pretty strong....so much so i actually sometimes forget to eat when i've had one!

CNP Sida Cordifolia or Muscletech Hydroxycut.
Or you can just do a little more cardio, cut the fat naturally.

Grenade, I find is the strongest, the "come up" and "come down" are much more tolerable than eph

^ grenade has eph in it mate.

I find eph the best alone as it supresses my appetite and raises metabolism by 2/3% apparantly. I basically eat less on it, ie less snacking so very handy ime.

From experience the stationary bike is a good fat burner, no side effects at all

I agree with Iceman Eph alone works great for me 2tabs before morning cardio does the trick. I also use green tea capsules thought out the day.

Lipo-6, it's got synephrine in it which seems to do the trick :-)
