PROTEIN :-) - 07 November 2009 13:46
hello,

how much protein (g) do you need on a cut per pound of bodyweight to maintain and keep muscle?
is this the same on a lean bulk aswell?

also.... if you eat too much protein, does this turn into fat?

i weigh 13stone 10 and i am cutting at the mo

I start with 1.5g per lb of lean mass (not bodyweight unless you are lean to start with)
on a bulk - start with the same and take it from there! see: http://www.muscletalk.c...rticle-mass-gaining.aspx

if you eat too much of any food it becomes fat - bummer that!
