no i work as a bus surveyor so i'm either on a bus or waiting at a bus stop, you cannot even guarantee there are even shops at some of the places

you can carry a cooler with water and food. Or juts take a ruck sack with water and some mrps

Whey refresh is OK.  It tastes nasty if it's not cold though.  Milk based ones like MP's pro-milk ot met-rx/eas's are quite nice.  Relatively high in sugars though.

You're probably better off with a protein bar, IMHO

will have a look at the MP pro milk, have been living on protein bars and want a change (cnp choc orange are lovely but theres only a certain amount i can handle)

What flavour did you try? We disagree on that lol - I've left them in my car for days at a time during summer and they still tasted nice after a workout. That was the fruit & orange flavours from memory.

Met Rx RTD's are 99p in our Nutri Centre/Tesco at the moment. A nice change from bars.
6ft 5", approx 22 stone.
