Sugar Free Cheesecake with Quark - 08 November 2009 10:10
Does such a thing exist?

Anyone happen to have any recipes?

It has to be sugar free (or substituted with sweetener) as i'm a diabetic.

Cheers

Hi Yus.

I have one.

Just replace the sour cream two tubs of quark and use splenda.

Tried it but halved the measures, used 6 eggs and put some whey in.

Awesome!

Going to use it as a pre bedtime protien meal :)

Cheesecake before bed? Sounds just the ticket!

I'll have to try that myself.
