 new routine

new routine - 10 November 2009 10:30
hi guys im due a change of routine i want to keep it real simple but cant decide which exercise i shoul do last on day 2......im gonna do..
 
day 1 . squat
            bench
            row.   all 5x5
 
take a couple of days rest then do.
 
deads
m.press
then cant decide betwwen c.g.chins or dips......
 
what would be the best option..

Why not do both?  They work different areas and your workouts arn't long

gonna give it a go. might throw in some hammer curls on day 1 to. my concern was doing to many sets . ive been doing full body 3x10 for a while so wasnt sure if 20 heavy sets would be to much. noly way to find out is give it a go i guess....thanks again fellas
