Stupid question but do you only take it on training days, only ask as its only 20 servings per tub.

Take it as the pre bed shake, as it is a slower digesting protein.   Some tubs have many more servings in!

Sorry should've said, I know its for pre bed but do you take it on your off days as well or just workout days, at 20 servings a tub its going to get expensive taking it every day.

      Don't know why they don't do a 5lb tub.

Yes mate.  You need the same nutrition on your rest days as on your work days.   I am sure if you have a search about you can find some cheaper deals.  Have you tried the bulk dealers?   Also you can replace it with other food sources like cottage cheese, or maybe a glass of milk blended with some peanut butter and whey.

Sorry to interupt, but I have just invested in some casien proteins for pre bed time protein, will they hinder losing body fat?

I'm incorporating alot of cardio into my routine, aswell as my weights, as I'm trying to lean down currently.

No mate, it is about total calories consumed, versus total burned.  Excess cal get stored as fat.   So no, as a whole it depends on your complete diet and training regime.

Cheers buddy, to be honest I just went for Reflex stuff as I already have their whey and I like the taste. Don't suppose you know of a good strawberry one thats cheaper?

Try: http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-supplies/flavoured-protein/instant-milk-protein-(5lb)/  Not sure about taste though, havn´t tried it myself.  Or a few posts down is a post about nutrisport 90 which is also a good blend for pre bed.
