blood tests and roids

quick questions im being sent for a blood test for diabetes, currently on a sus & tren cycle, would these show up, i know there looking at glucose levels & insulin- but was under the impression roids wouldnt show up unless specifically tested for ? cheers,

You are correct. They will only test for the specific thing you are being tested for. Unless, of course, you ask for a test of your free and total testosterone levels - but why would you do that?
