What is it that affects high blood pressure is it simple water retension ?

If your talking whilst on cycle and you have no previous bp issues it is usually caused by water retention, which can be limited with a clean diet lots and lots of water consumption and keep your salt (sodium) intake to a minimum. Also an Ai will help.

yeah haha i meant on the juice my bp goes through the roof on the juice but off it im ok I once had to take medicine for 1 month to lower bp

sometimes people take in more salt than they realise. a lot of foods youd think were really low in salt actually have quite a bit. that could be one reason. also due to the oestrogen produced youll hang on to more water than normal too. its understandable that some of this will have to be held in your blood vessels, which will raise your blood pressure. certain medications such as beta blockers for example, can be used to keep your BP lower. there are also a number of meds available that have vasodilatory properties that you could look at, these will give you a physically larger capacity inside your blood vessels whic would further lower your BP. be careful though as many AAS have a vasodilatory effect anyway, so furthering this effect would make your blood vessels more likely to rupture.

avoid salt n really pay attention to whats in foods while on cycle.

a safer option would be to investigate the availablity of medications that decrease water reabsorption in the kidney. that would make you piss more n would remove a lot of fluid from your blood, which if elevated anyway would serve to bring you back to normal. i know those meds are out there, just cant remember what theyre called, sorry. :)

Yes I had a couple of episodes of going really really hot and feeling weak and hungry but they passed in minutes does anyone know what the meds mega is speaking about are?
