Turn my bulk into a cut

I was gonna bulk but I am fed up of having the belly at the moment. So I want rid. Then I can see where I am. This is the bulk diet. Could someone please turn it into a cutting one so I can get this gut gone! 6.30am 100g oats, 300g milk 4 whole eggs 8am 2 scoops whey in water 10am Tin of tuna in extra light mayo 4 slices wholemeal bread 1pm Tin of tuna in extra light mayo 4 slices wholemeal bread 4pm 150g pasta 150g mince Pasta sauce Train! 2 scoops whey in water straight after workout 7pm 200g sirloin steak 200g sweet potato Various veg(cauli, carrot, broc) 10-11pm Weight gain shake
5ft 10 1/2 2007: 9st 7 2009: 13st Target at the moment: 14st!!!

Ye I will be doin two 45 min sessions of cardio. Early morning. Monday and Thursday

i would drop the weight gain shake, that amount of carbs late at night isnt going to help. nice bulking diet though.

drop the shake- just have whey protein instead, plus drop one of the slices of bread at each meal and see what happens after a couple of weeks.
