Chin ups move to back day mate or cut them from bicep day. Could alternate with pull ups
Put squats first in your leg day
Deadlifts first on back day too

            why no consistency in reps?

Leg ext you are doing 20, squats 8.

also, as with deads, put squats first on your leg day

and why so much emphasis on your quads? No hamstring isolation yet the quads take a battering

I did have the same reps and sets but my leg extensin can only take a certain weight and its not heavy enough just for say 4x8 i dont feel it so i just up'd the reps. I'll look at geting more work on the hamstrings. What would be a good isolation move for this?
              Cheers.

Some muscles respond better to high/low reps, so if high rep extensions work, then dont swap it. Just dont over do your workouts with insanely high reps, or very low reps.

I was thinkin of switching to 4x6 as this seems better for heavier weights but i mite see myself doing 5x5 again for a while.

ahh its the same with my leg press, only gos to 195 and i can get 10 reps out with that so cant go lower.

your gym not have a ham curl machine?

Thinkin of putting romanian deads for hams would this be ok with squats on the same day? iv switched to 6x4  now aswell wich seem to work me well.

not the journey lol, doing deads and squats same day, especially with the sort of weight you will be using for those reps. Steer clear of stairs post workout for a day or two!
