As the title say im after an alternative to knee and leg raises on a roman chair, basically ive changed gyms and the new one doesn't have a roman chair so I was wondering if there is any thing else I can do to work out the same area.

One that i'm a fan of if done correctly is if you lay on your back, put a DB between your feet and slowly raise your feet up to about a 45degree angle, hold then slowly bring down.
