Coming in for motivation - 14 November 2009 17:46
Hello everyone. I've been lurking around the board for a few weeks and finally decided to sign up. I have a lot of weight to lose and hope that posting here will keep me motivated and my thoughts positive.

Hello mate,

Welcome. I'm sure if you post your current routine and diet up people here will be more than happy to assist. :)

Thanks for the welcoming words. I'm currently following Dr. Barry Sears Zone Diet and that has been going well. As far as my workout routine, I'm doing body weight circuits ( squats, push ups, lunges, planks) 3 times a week and doing cardio (stairs & elliptical) 2 times a week.
