Pre training meal for early morning training! - 14 November 2009 18:58
Currently I just have weetabix, oats or some other form of carbs, hit the gym, straight after a meal of some kind containing eggs or other forms of protein

Any tips, suggestions or changes would be welcome

100g oats 40g whey protein blended

Weetabix/oats is fine but you need to add a protein source. Whey/casein blend or quark would be my choice.
