Pre training meal for early morning training! 14 November 2009 18:58 (permalink)
Currently I just have weetabix, oats or some other form of carbs, hit the gym, straight after a meal of some kind containing eggs or other forms of protein

Any tips, suggestions or changes would be welcome

Thanks

Weetabix/oats is fine but you need to add a protein source. Whey/casein blend or quark would be my choice.
