Critique bulking diet plan - 15 November 2009 12:35
Hi all, wanted your opinions on this bulking diet for a friend of mine. I think he could be classified as an ectomorph.

Weight: 60kg = 140lb
BF: 5% - LBM= 133LB
Height: 5ft 8'
Age: 17

RAW lifts:
Bench: 80kg
Deadlift: 115kg

1.5g protein /lb of LBM = 200g
3g carbs/lb of LBM = 400g
 +Good sources of dietary fats



As you can see its still a WIP so there is missing links such as the fats. Any help would be appreciated.

i doubt his body fat is 5%

no need for so much protein. 175g would be plenty

other than that is looks ok

as mentioned, plenty of efa's should be included

make sure the diet is varied, with different meal choices daily

get him to try it for a few weeks, monitor and adjust accordingly

aim for 1lb weight gain per week

ensure routine is adequate etc
