DNP dont feel a thing - 16 November 2009 10:05
started at 200mg/day last tuesday - bumped up to 400mg/day now and still dont feel anything other than being slightly hotter when sleeping.

got it online so im questioning if its genuine.  is there any simple test you can do to prove its genuine?

Properly dosed DNP should stain everything yellow. The capsules should even stain through whatever it's being kept in. For example keeping them in a draw will stain the whole draw yellow eventually. Or at least the immediate surrounding area. Even through the capsules/plastic baggy.

well it all depends on if it is powder or chrystallised? as the powder takes a few days to build up and start working....plus diet plays a massive role in the side effects....increase your carbs and see how hot you feel...

Re:DNP dont feel a thing - 16 November 2009 13:03
yeah if it hasnt kicked in by day 4 i would be asking questions with the source.

To the op - is youre urine yellow despite fluid intake?

Problem with most DNP is it isnt made in lab conditions it is simply some "bro" mixing the powder in a protein tub with a filler and capping it even then they will most likely underdose the caps for safety and profit, youre best off capping it yourself to be 100% sure.

Re:DNP dont feel a thing - 16 November 2009 18:02
Give it a few days on 400mg a day first before bumping it up higher - I was the same, then a few days at 400mg and it hit me - made worse by other factors but, rest assured, if you've got the other symptoms, it's working.

Remember, it's not a sprint, it's a marathon - pace yourself with a planned cycle, don't go jumping the gun and pop more.

Have you been taking measurements? What time of the day have you been taking the caps?

yeah think ur right there i leave it a few before increasingm more - havent been weighing myself - just using mirror and i know water retention will mask the effects right now.

was taking 200mg at night.  Now on 200mg am and 200mg pm.

Is it best to take it on an empty stomach or with food?

How long have you been on 400mg? I wouldn't expect many sides at all from 200mg but 400mg i;d be hot after a 2-3 days.

Effects of DNP are cumulative.  400mg/day and lower and I don't feel much. 600 and feel a little more and 750/800 and I'm waking up in, quite literally, a puddle of sweat.

At that dose, I get out of breath doing thing like chewing or talking whereas as 200mg my piss just gets turned yellow.

Can you notice your breathing getting heavier?

And personally, I don't think there is much need to go over 400mg a day (of powder anyway)

little bit. i rekon i convinced myself that it was such a powerful substance that even on 200mg i would be feeling it.  looks like i dont respond to lower doses - last day on 400mg.  im in the middle of pct as well - if that makes any difference

When is the optimal time to use DNP on a 12 week lean bulking cycle then?

never its a "bulking cycle" so cutting in a bulk isnt exactly optimal is it

Seems like people are getitng some underdosed DNP again.
400mg is the maximum I use and that is nasty!
Friends have used 200mg and lost up to 12lbs.

800mg would render me useless if the stuff is properly dosed.

I'm thinking of a 7-9 day DNP cycle with 200-400mg/day.

I think this could have a place somewhere in a lean bulking cycle to help strip some fat whilst remaining in an anabolic state, with the short duration of the cycle only rendering me weak in the gym for a very small period of my AAS cycle.

everyhting ive read on DNP says it it not catabolic, and I wouldnt feel comfortable training mega hard on a DNP cycle anyway, prob end up fainting or sommin.  If i do lose too much muscle - ill get it back

Re:DNP dont feel a thing - 19 November 2009 07:54
dnp isnt catabolic as such but a calorie deficit is and by using dnp you,ll create that deficit and loose muscle,
training shouldnt be any different in terms on intensity imo on dnp if you cant function correctly then your using to much, i train with a slightly lighter weight and add in extra sets to make up for it then do cv, a small dose to aid you along the way is all that should be used not a substitute for work

If you're training with a lighter weight then I think it does impact upon your training intensity. From what I've read, a lot of people agree that you shouldn't push yourself as hard, drop the weight and switch squats for leg press, etc.

Anyway, the loss of muscle when in a tempoary calorie deficit will be greatly minimised when on an AAS cycle?

Re:DNP dont feel a thing - 19 November 2009 14:25
a slightly lighter weight isnt a big change tho dropping from say 150kg x 5 bench to 130/140 x x6/7 isnt much of a difference. people do say dont do to much with dnp but people say alot of things my advice is play it by ear see how you feel and how you cope with it,ime dnp doesnt rape your energy as most say(unless your taking a bit much) its merely makes you feel a lil sh1tty towards the end but then i dont use alot 200mg works so why go higher

yeah a aas cycle will minimise the risk of muscle loss but i wouldnt cut in the middle of a bulk id use aas to support me while cutting with dnp
