Anybody know about Zen Coaching?
-
17 November 2009 11:52
I've heard of this before as a family members other half is into it; http://www.zen-coaching.com I've been reading about it recently and i'm desperately trying to be open minded about it but it just seems like a regurgitated new age life coaching self help mumbo jumbo that's more about getting people to do the training than anything else - a diet coke Scientology if you will. Heard anything about it or know of anyone involved?
Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

Looks like life coaching dressed up with a bit of makeup. Diet coke scientology is probably going a bit far.

Just the usual new-age claptrap that lightens your wallet.

If she wants proper meditation, better off getting down a Sikh Temple for some 'Kundulini meditation'. I popped down to a newly built £11m Temple in the Midlands, and they were fantastic guys/girls. He told me, "We don't convert people.. In this religion, the Prince's sit next to the pauper". I am more esoteric than religious but the energy and warmth (literal and metaphorical :-) ... were ACE). "Never underestimate a man of religion" (Para.). Hope this helps mate. Not sure what's around Essex though. Bethnal Green may be the nearest place, on the Shenfield-Liv St. Line.
