PAGAN Some people who voted for me the other year did state that they had opted for me over other members who were assisted at the time. I personally think disclosing any AAS or OPED use is relevant as the bloody things work after all and therefore should effect how progress is judged. If I do the comp I may well be assisted myself so I'm not being bitter about assisted competitors. I agree people on AAS/PED's should disclose as it does make a difference, i'll start: Omanadren Primo Anavar HGH This is gonna be a lovely cycle (overkill i know) but.... nya nya nya Not sure if i'll be using HGH for sure, got some on way gonna try for december and if i like then i will include for full 12 weeks of my proposed cycle in Jan. This time im really gonna nail diet/cardio, the last time it was all spot on and by week 6 was looking good but it all slipped then, i'd been on AAS on a bulk and then went straight in to the challenge was too much time on couldnt keep up 100%, this time ive had good time off and i was looking to train my ass of in the new year anyway.

I'll throw my hat in for this. If I can manage 12 weeks of consistent training I'd feel I'd accomplished something. Seeing some kind of decent progress would just be a bonus TBH.

I'm up for it if my shoulder doesn't fall off. It's been burning for months when training and after a few heavy sessions it went properly and I've had to have three weeks off ! I think it's rotator cuff... The pain has stopped now but the clicking I've had for a few years got 10x louder and feels uncomfortable when it clicks (everytime I move my arm through a press movement). That said, I'm fat as **** at the moment and totally out of shape, but I'm getting married on April 3rd and going to go Goa for 10 days. So I'd rather die than be fat for that, worst case is I end up skinny with no muscle... !! It would be nice to be skinny again though lol. I need to lose 2 stone.

Flanders Think i'll have a go at this... how do i enter? Have a read of the rules in the Shape-up forum here You need to submit photos with evidence of the date taken , i.e. newspaper tv in background with date showing in a thread in the shape-up forum. You can post regularly in your thread if you like and then post more photos at the end of the 12 weeks.

Does anyone else fancy the idea of members pitching in with their own prizes to up the ante a bit? Not sure what exactly but i wonder if sweetening the pot might up motivation a bit? Obviously i'm considering offering signed photos for 2nd and 3rd, and signed nude photos for 1st

Hazel Papa Lazarou If its putting people off, perhaps groups should be split up? That could get a bit complicated, what groups did you have in mind? Westlife fans / Boyzone fans / Any others?

I think it's a winter/spring crossover and then probably 3-4 months off and then another at the end of the summer. More than two a year and i think that not enough people sign up to make it worth while.

Yeah two is enough, just wondered when the last summer one was done because I'm planning a cut in the summer and thought I could tie the two together.
