I recently bought this and have only used it once so far. I did feel like I had more energy in the gym and could have kept on going for longer. However, is it really worth buying, or could I have had a cup of coffee and had the same effect? Would you recommend taking something before working out or is it not necessary? Do myprotein.co.uk do a similar product?
