Hello mate,

Depends on your overall routine to what days you do things on  but generally and the most common answer you will get (which is what i do too) is...
Squats - 3 x 8
Deadlifts - 3 x 8 (could do different variation such as stiff-legged etc)
Leg Press - 3 x 6 - 10
Calf raises - 3 x 8
Lunges - 3 x 8 (each leg)

thats me personally obviously i play around quite a bit with mine now and again.

Quads - Squats + leg press
Hamstrings - hamstring curls
Calves - calf raises

All basics really and do them at 3x8/10/12 depending on circumstances.

Squats / front squats / hack squats / leg press mainly for quads but obviously hit hams too

Leg extention   isolating quads

Leg curl / SLDL for hams.

Calf raises / calf press for calves

I vary reps depending on whole workout but I like to do some high and some lower reps, so I may do 8 reps for squats and then 15 reps for leg press.

Leg press is useful to work till failure if you don't have a spotter.

Have you ever isolated your quads for a bit of variation ? Leg extension first ,followed by squats ?

^^ I do the same as above, although I do a couple of sets of leg extensions at the start to pre-exhaust the quads and warm up.
