Tall guy trying to bulk up!!! 17 November 2009 20:48 (permalink)
Guys,

I was wondering if you could help me out.

I'm 6ft 9 and i've been trying to bulk up for 6months now. I'm eating healthy but the results are slow.

With being 6ft 9 and 19 & a half stone i was wondering how much food should i be eating a day.

I'm bang on into lifting weights but need some advice..

Help me guys!!!

try adding a range of different lean protein sources, at least 5 portions of fruit and veg and  some healthy fats

if you're gunna bulk you may as well do it with a decent diet that will provide all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals that are needed

and by the way, the cap locks button is on the left of the keyboard, about half way down

Whilst small bys diet isn't to healthy (1 portion of fruit and veg definatly in there; 2nd is optional lol) it will still do the job in terms of adding mass and muscle (given right kcals and macros for an individual) even if it not something a professional would recomend, nor I.

Loz gave some good suggestions how to clean it up.

Les also gave the right hint for what to do at your weight... eat a lot! But that can include a lot of veg too! :)
