Hi Jimmy and welcome to MT

The routine looks ok and a solid basic routine.   Remember, to train with good intensity though.

Do you train on your own?

yeah i do work out on my own. built a shed in garden got a multi gym in it and got some weights b/bell and d/bells & flat bench with spotters.
also got a punchbag up which i use on off days as well as a bit of running. been looking through diet & nut page and got my diet sorted, loads different to what i used to eat so touch wood if my routine covers all areas in time i should look better.
one quick question how many days a week can you workout on your abbs?

If you're on your own, you'll need to motivate yourself to train hard .. and remember, there's hard and there's hard!

        Punchbags are great for cardio

You can workout your abs as often as you like - but I'd stick to 2-3 x per week.
