I was thinking of having one scoop of WPH, one scoop of CH, one scoop of WP Isolate and and two scoops of Vitargo.  Do you think this is a good combination?  Suggest improvements if I'm missing something?

CH is what I abbreviated Casien Hydrosylate to.  It might be the wrong abbreviation.  I'm going to take mono', thanks.

Seems good enough.

I use CNP Pro Recover.  No hassle and possibly the best tasting shake ever!

Works wonders too - can certainly feel the difference.
