Advice please.

Alright lads, I'm new to the site and there seems to be some excellent, no bull**** advice from knowledgable guys here so thought i'd ask some advice. Ive been training for about 5 years, having started weight training after being a boxer most of my life, and i'm fairly happy with my gains. in the army 10 years ago i was boxing as a super middleweight, and i'm around 16st. since i started lifting. the thing is i want to be bigger, so i'm considering starting a cycle but not sure which combination. i put on fat just as easy as i do muscle, but have always kept it off with plenty of cardio, so at first i was just looking to use a fat burner, lift heavy and cut back on cardio...but figure i could benefit from taking a bulking steroid as well as a cutting one... I have a good, well balanced diet and i train hard. i follow a 4 day split at the mo but mix up my training regular and do a lot of weighted chin ups, dips and press ups, circuit training, swimming and long walks with the dog, but i'm not getting any bigger and could do with a bit of assistance. I dont want to inject and gyno is a concern so was looking at clen and t-bol as they seem to be the ones with the least risk...is this correct? Any advice on cycles/combos etc would be appreciated. ive read up on some of the stuff but feel it would be better asking guys who use these meds. cheers lads.

You'll get a better response in the Steroid section mate. If you definelty don't want to inject then a tbol only cycle would be good. 60-80mg ED for 6 weeks followed by a Nolva PCT.

Is Nolva better than Clomid or is it just down to preference/cost? I've been reading lots about t-bol only cycles and the only people who put up their PCT write that they use Clomid.

Yeah ok mate, i could see how that would be better... so i'd take the nolva at the end of the 6 weeks? is proviron (if ive spelt that right) not better than nolva tho? i read somewhere that while nolva does something to estrogen while its building up, but the other one actually prevents estrogen building up...or something like that haha this is why ive come on here for advice, all the science to it is a bit baffling, but i want to be safe know what i mean?

Proviron is used during cycle to stop Test converting into Estrogen. Nolva is used post cycle to block any left over estrogen and get your nuts producing natural test again..

Big Balls I think you need to do a bit more reading before your first cycle bro. Aye, but that's why i'm here aint it, i feel this is a better way to glean the info..straight from the horses mouth so to speak. a couple of us experimented with a couple of cycles of d-bol years ago when i was in the army but i still consider myself completeley new to all this. but like i say, thats why i'm on here. you lads know what your talking about.

You shouldn't need Proviron with T-bol as T-bol doesn't aromatize. Do a search for Turanabol or Turinabol on google and it should yield some in info worth digesting. Hope that helps - I'm considering t-bol for a 5/6 week cycle at 60-70mg e/d and PCT of clomid, 100mg wk1 and 50mg wks 2 and 3 for my first cycle.

I've also read that some people PCT with clomid and nolva to 'cover all angles' although chemically, they are similar in structure. I'm not sure if that is overkill with t-bol though.

I' thinking of cycling t-bol with winstrol not (not sure what tp pct with after this combo tho to be honest) as i read it should help get good mass gains while keeping fat, and some of the side effects reasonably low..

I considered the same although the dry joints and speeding up baldness put me off. Maybe I'll wait until I'm naturally bald to try it! haha

I'm already bald mate so no worries there haha dry joints i can cope with , as long as its not a permenant thing as i have trouble with my knee as it is. so does this cycle look ok? i'm still not 100%, i'm gonna read around a bit more first. ive checked my diet against a few in the diet section (i will post mine up eventually!) and it doesnt seem too bad...porridge or weetabix for breakfast (after my morning workout, running and/or circuit training) banana's and a milk and eggs mix about 2 hours later, chicken or fish with brown rice for dinner, i tend to snack on fruit/mixed nut, or cashew nuts during the day, tuna and pasta at tea time or something similar and then fruit etc later on before bed... I train hard, but as ive already mentioned, i think its probably too much cardio thats stopping me getting as big as i'd like, but its hard to cut back on it! ive ony recently started training heavy again as usualy i just do light ish sessions ontop of my circuits, running, cycling/swimming etc i also LOVE weighted chin ups, press ups and dips! and burpee press up/pull ups on the goal posts and the end of my run.. Its hard to work out how much cardio to do with my weights workouts tho, cos as soon as i start putting on weight i run, or do circuits til i'm sick! lol old army habits die hard!
