dirty food, is test helping? - 20 November 2009 11:11
guys, this is probably going to sound like bull, but due to having a **** load of bills all coming at once, i brought lots of cheap food that i could ram down my throat. things like white begals and white cheesy rolls.

although my weight is staying pretty steady, around 90-92kg naked (6ft). mirror appearence tells another tale. lots more cuts/striations from body fat dropping (wasnt horrendously high anyway).

my Q is: has the test (500mg/w) made my body able to metabolise these essentially sh1t foods better than without, or might i have found these foods a better option anyway as a have a naturally fast metabolism.

sound like im trying to make excusses/reasons to eat junk food, however this isnt the case as i actually like most healthy food (or any food for that matter, but not chocolate. lol)

test should force your body to utilise any food differently to build new tissue, so youll get a positive result on test no mater what your eating (obv you gotta train right), but i think youd get better results on clean foods. things like cheese i think should be avoided on gear due to high sat fat content, and as the gear will throw your cholesterol anyway, high sat fat is a bad thing when you consider atherosclerotic plaques and all that. try the clean stuff, but in terms of building, i guess its better to eat something **** than to eat nothing at all. just my two cents

yeah i normally have the pitta with tuna and mayo. got so boring though. the piri piri sounds like a good way to "spice" it up. (oh dear).

this is turning into a dieting thread. the mods will not be happy with the location. soz
