witch would you say is better tbol or SD for a first cycle and for gains

SD will no doubt give you better gains for a first cycle over a shorter period, but tbol will have alot less side effects. If it were me id run the tbol @80mg ed for 6 weeks.

I've run both, I'm running 80mg TBol with test and masterone at the moment in fact.
Many would say the first cycle should be milder etc. But tbh Tbol also gives pretty severe back and shin pumps and I have the attitude to make the 1st cycle count. Mine was SD and I dont regret it. Therefore I favour SD. 10/20/20
