Any of you got any plans to sell these?? I know egg nation do them. But they only do the kind you can freeze. I want the ones myprotein do but not off them!!!!!

You will not find our LEW via any other company as we have an exclusive supplier agreement with them.  The company who produces our LEW have a worldwide patent on the production process so they are the only company that can produce the long life product. 

Can we ask what the reason is you don't want to buy from us?

Get the powder. It offers far better value for money as 1kg contains over 300 egg whites and powder is much easier to store.

What is the powder like from Myprotein taste wise? Would it over power the shake even if you had flavoured whey or a liqiflav flavour in also?

It is good value. 

Cant get LEW in ireland at all anymore. Last place i knew that had them were charging 8 euro a litre plus delivery! Insane price

I always seem to get problems when i buy from you. I placed an order wednesday for over 100 pound. A big percentage of the oder was egg whites and the product i need the most.

I then noticed the article about the hydrolised casien on weds night. Decided i wanted that and rang customer services early thursday morning. I asked could i pay and add this to the order and was told no. Im sure almost all the other online companys would of so that annoyed me!!!.

Then today my thursdays order had arrived but no wednesday and NO EGG WHITES!!! which im desperate for.

I rang and was told as id ordered 2 samples with my order the order had been held back as you didnt have them in stock so couldnt send order. Why couldnt ive of had a simple phone call?? I would been happy to not have the samples and just had the rest i dont care bout the money.

So i think understandabley i was un happy. But was told it was dispatched today which was in the 2 day bracket. So i wont get my order till monday now.

Iv never had any problems like this with bodybuilding warehouse. I almost guarantee i would of had a phone call.

From memory it does have a strong taste to it but a strong flavoured protein drink should help mask it.

Grammar aside... is the issue that you consider your £100 order sufficiently large  that if you, by your own admission, ring back late (the following day) and ask for something to be added to an order it is likely that had already gone out (and so impossible to add to) they should still do so regardless? If so please clarify how this can be done. I wont get into the 'no stock' which seems to be even harder to rectify. The 2 day delivery service does not mean they leave it sitting there for 1 day and then deliver it in a day, it means the orders go out when ready but that a 1 day gets to you quicker than a 2 day service.

Myprotein.co.uk® operates a fully automated order placing service which makes sure we can fulfil the delivery promises detailed on our website. Once an order has been placed online, it is locked into our systems for subsequent processing in our warehouse. This means that once an order has been placed, we aren’t able to interrupt this process by amending the order in any way. As a result we are unable to add, remove or change any items to the order placed which is why you will have been advised by our CS team that you could not add hydrolysed casein to your order.
 
Our delivery promise states that we either dispatch your order within 2 working days or let you know if there is a delay. In this instance, we were aware that the sample was going to be produced and ready for dispatch within the limitations of our delivery promise and therefore no telephone call was necessary.  The order placed on Thursday was dispatched well in advance of our delivery promise of 2 working days.   We operate a high volume manufacturing and distributing operation and therefore there is no hard and fast rule as to the order in which our products are produced and ultimately dispatched. Therefore an order placed on Wednesday will not always be dispatched before an order placed on Thursday based purely on the availability of the specific items therein.

Bottled egg whites ? My stomach shudders man ! I dont think they will be your normal egg whites !? left overs possibly.

To the op are you having a go at myprotein about your order that so its there for everyone to see??
 
The way i see it is you could have 'googled' liquid egg whites and found another supplier and simply not used myprotein again..
 
I get good service from myprotein wether my order is £10 or £60..
 

You're right about UKMan but the OP did state he wanted a specific kind which, it seems, only MyP sell. The kind you do not have to freeze.

I'm still confused about the 1 day and 2 day service thing. Dispatching is not the same as delivering. It reads as though an order might take 2 days to put together then be sent rather than processed and then taking 1-2 days to arrive as per the delivery options.

Nelly, only on the stuff that im interested in !  Obviously you dont think its a fad ! If I want an egg white I just crack open egg then seperate the yolk ! Bit easier then ordering online ! only my opinion though !

I think it was the bit about leftovers etc.

Probably bit like Benson and hedges ! They gave all the crap to the Soverigns ! Just my opinion

im sorry, but thats ridiculously over the top for what has been good customer service as far as i can see.  your thursday order got there in one day, the wednesday order, will be with you monday, having been dispatched within 2 days of order.  not their fault there happens to be a weekend in the way.

you mention how desperate you are for your egg whites, maybe next time, order then a few days before you need them and avoid that.
 
i use MP everymonth, and its very rare that my order isnt next day or the day after.
