I absolutley love the stuff and its a great source of protein, would it be ok to eat say 100g every day though?

    it would be expensive :) and salty

        The salt was one of my concerns as well as red meat on a daily basis, ever since I was a kid I've loved the stuff and now I have a good reason to eat it!
