Hey guys, my website has now gone LIVE! Keep up to date with my training, prep for shows, guest spots and seminars. You can also read-up and take part in the blog section, especially designed for you the fans to support me in my bodybuilding career. works really well, and great design!
do you plan on trying for a pro card at the ukbff finals next year by taking the overall then?

How are you Daz, hope your well. Well with regards to whether I will do the Brits next year, a decision will be made by myself sometime next week after I have had a troublesome injury looked at by a speacialist. Only then can I be sure whether I will compete at the Arnolds to get my procard or wait till October to try and win the overall. Keep posted on my webiste and blog for updates!

hope the diagnosis at the specialist is a good one mate, and that it doesnt keep you out or affect your training for too long.
